DIY-street plates for Kato’s Unitram tracks (n-gauge)

Summary

Make your own street plates going together with Kato’s Unitram-system:
Beside the Unitrack rails, Kato has also Unitram rails for creating layouts with trams. This system comes with street plates and even modular houses to create whole cities. The Unitram system can be connected to the Unitrack rails to create also freight yard/depot layouts – see for example Kato 23-142

Having this one in use, I liked to extend the area and so I created my one street plates and redesigned the connector clip. Furthermore, I took Sumner’s work to create even more tracks in the street using standard rails. May be someone else has use of it. I also include the STEP-file of the geometry so you may design further variants in the CAD-program of your choice.
