Summary

I designed this initially to store my 'Venzo' torque wrench on the bike so I always had it to hand, especially for torquing up the wheel axles. I realized I could easily convert this to a general storage box and so now have two inserts.
To retain the insert I used a simple toggle and some stretchy cord - keeping it simple.
To attach on the bike and access the 4 mm Boss nut I made a hole in the lower far most part of the cover - this enables a 4 mm allen key access to the boss nut.

The supports were a bit tricky. I ended up setting the cover in a vertical position to reduce the amount on support material and impact on the casing. Unfortunately this does mean the base is not as neat as I would like. I recommend trying out your own variations to see whet works for you aesthetically.
