Summary
The mesh lines are .4mm across. Your slicer will normally make the lines slightly thicker for the first layer (ie. 0.44mm, assuming a .4mm nozzle, which you should be using for this print).
If you are having any trouble with 1st layer adhesion this print will get messed up.
Make sure your Z-offset is low enough (not more than about .15mm). Apply your preferred adhesive.
You'll also want to print this slowly. I printed the 1st layer at 10mm/s, outer perimeters @ 25mm/s, and inner at 20mm/s.
