Summary

This is a 3D printable part specifically designed for fixating BL-Touch auto bed leveling unit to 3D printers using Blockhead Filament Cooling Turbo Fan Upgrade. Printing details are provided below. I did not mention nozzle and bed temperatures because they are varying parameters and must be set according your printing thermal ambient and filament brand. I recommend using supports during the printing process. I have printed and tested the part. Therefore, shrinkage of ABS due to cooling should not cause any fitting problems. Post process is required as mentioned under "Post-Printing" heading. Have fun!

Post-Printing

After printing, 2 circular holes must be drilled with M4 screw taps slowly using hand force. Due to lack of room around the hotend, standard M3 screws that come with BL-Touch auto bed levelling kit cannot be used for assembly of the part. Therefore, you will have to buy 2 pieces of M4 screws. Although you can determine the length dimension of screws across measurements, I strongly recommend that you buy short screws (around 4-6mm).
