I would have liked better cooling and design for the Tenlog extruder. For safety and durability, the inner parts are made of carbon fiber PETG, the cover is PLA. Filling between 15-100 items. Needs support in the middle lower part.

The outer cover is fixed with 2x6 pcs 6x1.6mm magnets (screws are not visible. The middle lower part is fixed separately to ensure that the hotend can be installed easily. The left and right extruder covers are separate files only for the upper inner and front covers, the middle bottom and the fan cover are the same on both sides. It is likely . that a little drilling may be necessary for the screws. Everything can be installed from the front, you just need to install the intermediate 10 mm nut on the motherboard. The magnet holds the front cover well, you can make several levels. You can put an LED for the inscription TL1 and TL2 and for the cooling outlet. complete replacement cover still weighs less than metal.
