I changed a couple of this from the original...

The card box was very thin and a little flimsy. It was also impossible to get the cards out without turning the box upside down and dumping them. I thickened up the walls and I gave it cutouts in order to grasp the cards and get them out of the box. It likely won't fit sleeved cards, but I'm not sure the original would have either.

I also changed the token slot in the "TOP_B" file. The original hole didn't have the depression so that you could push one side of the tokens and get them out. All of the other token holders in the insert had this feature, so it seemed like an odd omission that I corrected.

Print one of everything.
