Summary

This is a clearer (I hope) set of instructions for the articulated arm headphone holder, and it is combined with the Pico Neo 3 Link head strap clip.

I find that for small prints where accuracy is important it helps to print each part individually, so I have packaged the files that way.

The original articulated arm design clearly had multiple iterations and the instructions and files reflect that. So it took me a little while to figure it out. Hopefully my photos make it clear how it all goes together.

Thanks to the original designers. The arm design in particular is beautifully put together, I think. A lot of love clearly went into it.

Post-Printing

There are larger and small holes. At each connection you want the end of one part that has a larger hole aligned with the smaller hole at the end of the connecting part. That way the screws go through the larger hole first and then clamp that part to the other one by tightening into the smaller hole. Should be clear from my photos.

I could have fiddled with tolerances and settings but found it easier just to run a 6mm drill bit through the larger hole in the central connection (between the two main arms) after printing. Those need to allow reasonably free movement, so that the headphones can be flipped up.
