Summary

I took the game file posted by TheCrankyOldGamer found here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4498555 and threw it into blender. Used images off the web to sculpt it. As such, the back of the wall was never in view, so the grooves made there are just what came out of my noggin.

I printed this on an Ender 3 Neo, as big as could fit on my build plate. I had to rotate it 45 degrees, and the scaled percentage came out to be 112.27%. Looking at in-game-shots, I think it is a little smaller than it should be, but it is pretty close. I didn't want to print it in two pieces, and I think it is close enough that no one will notice.

I took ~2 days to print. No supports needed.
