Summary

This thing is a replacement for lost or broken inserts to attach a Clampmate to a Black and Decker Workmate bench. I printed these in High Temperature PLA and annealed 1 hour at 170°F for increased strength and toughness. But annealing slightly altered the opening size so the initial print dimensions have been adjusted to account for the growth. They were printed upside down with organic supports from the bed to the underside of the tangs.

How I Designed This

I used an original to obtain the dimensions. Fit perfectly on printing, but closed in slightly on annealing. I adjusted the dimensions as required to compensate so the final part matches the OEM dimensions.
