Summary

There are three gap widths to hold the tab: 3mm is the gap it took to hold one with a pin holding it together, and 2mm should be sufficient for most others.

Assembly:

The Spool goes into the Main Housing first, followed by the Retaining Washer, and it's all held together by the Snap Ring.

I have parameterized the measurements in the f3d file. The names should make sense.

Tab_ names are measured from the tab on the Tape, for instance.

I designed the narrowest parts to be 2mm, which is adjustable in the Fusion 3D file as the Wall_Thick parameter.

The tape feeds out of a side. I have not decided if I think there is a better direction to spool the tape.
