Summary

I got fed up by the "wire holder" that the printer came with mounted on the z axis lead screw nut. IT did a barely good job of holding the cables and what is worse, if one overtightens the 4mm bolt, then it would break apart.

Hence I came up with a design that doesn't break apart and collapse under pressure.

This wire hoop doesn't clamp onto the wire but instead acts as a guide and the wire can slide freely in it.

TO insert the wire, just stretch the hoop a little bit and insert the wire through the gap.

I printed this in PLA+. I don't know about other materials since i haven't tested them, but is assume ABS would be stiffer and TPU would be more flexible than is necessary.
