Heat up Screw in nut M8x15 and mold it into the Part 1 of the click. If Done correctly it will carry up to 500kg of tensile force.

How I Designed This
The development process of the „Click“ system involved a cycle of design, pro-
totype creation, and extensive testing. This journey started with the conception
of a base module, followed by the careful manufacture of several prototypes.
These prototypes undergo many tests, with rapid and effective adjustments
made possible through 3D printing technologies. Each prototype iteration provi-
des valuable insights, crucial for the continuous improvement and refinement of
the design. Despite the inherent challenges and complexities encountered in the
development process, the direct feedback from the testing phases also brings
joy and a sense of achievement to the team. The culmination of this process
is the realization of a functional, innovative, and highly adaptable product that
markedly expands the usage possibilities and applications of industrial gratings.
