Summary
Save a bunch over the the PwnCNC and SuckIt dust boot options. This Dust shoe clamps directly on to the router with a hose clamp, follows the z-axis, and has a removable magnetic base for easily switching bits. This is a unique design but was inspired by both https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4798675 and https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6188585. Check out their options for 4in dust collection ports!
This design is specifically meant for shop-vac standard 2.25in couplings.
This design uses 12mm x 3mm rare earth magnets (Amazon search if link is bad). I used these: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CCVPVQ1L?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details
