Summary

This is a pretty niche design. Various formers designed to help shape a 6mm OD (0.6mm wall) copper tube into tight coils. The idea is that cold water is fed into the central tube, at the base of this tube the water is forced through both coils. With 2 coils in parallel the pressure should be lower, though it is likely that the flow rate will vary between coils.

The designs mostly allow 6.5mm diameter to allow for some flattening and so that the pipe can be freed from the formers after bending. The inner coil has a centre radius of 21.8mm, the outer 39.6 centreline radius.
In theory, with a 10mm diameter central pipe there should be a 2.9mm gap between central pipe & inner coil, between inner and outer coils and between outer coil and a 54mm pipe (1.2mm wall, 47.6ID).
The pipe bender does flatten the pipe considerably - even if copper is annealed, but is seems to be a functional 9.3mm centreline bend. I happened to have some 1.85mm filament and filament guide that fitted inside the pipe before bending. After bending first remove the 1.85 filament, then the filament guide tube should slide out.

    Despite overhangs these models mostly printed fine in PLA without supports - the exception being the Pipe Bender which was printed flat and with supports where the overhang > 80°.
