Summary

Seasonal Lantern with swappable panels inspired by the Japanese Garden theme.

This is the UPDATED design that can use a Candelabra-Base Socket rather than a battery tealight

The panels can be swapped for many themes: Disney, Star Wars, Valentines Day, Christmas, Halloween, Easter, Thanksgiving, New Years, etc. Making this a year long ever changing decoration for your house.

Corded Socket can be purchased from places like Ace Hard or Amazon (links below)

File Notes:

The Socket Plug file is for people that don't want to use the Candelabra-Base Socket, it will snap in and allow a tealight to be used.

Recommend printing the tea light cover to defuse the light in the lantern. The tea light cover is to be printed in VASE mode with 0 bottom layers, 0 top layers 0 infill.

Used 20% Infill for Lantern and 10% for Panels.

The CORE and BASE are designed to be a TIGHT fit and didn't use glue. I will upload another base if anyone has issues getting the core to fit into the base. I've added a v2 base called "Japanese Lantern Base v2 LARGE" if you want a loser fit but may require glue.

Supports are needed for the TOP and BASE but not the core or core support.

The tea light cover is to be printed in VASE mode with 0 bottom layers, 0 top layers 0 infill.

Panel with very fine/thin lines may need to be tweaked. I use the following setting in CURA:
setting under WALLS called "HORIZONTAL EXPANSION" set it to 0.2 (my quality setting).
