Summary

I designed this 3D printed upgrade that I called Screw on body mounts I designed these mounts years ago but I did not make them because i did not have the nylon filaments necessary to make them. but since now I have the Right filaments To make them I decided it was time to make them and I didd so And tested them out, As a result I was successful with the design but I need to do some tweaks to address some minor issues otherwise I was successful I made a short version of the post and I made a longer version of the post for the obvious reasons if you wish to download these files Set your 3D printer accordingly you know the drill I recommend no I command you to use The correct nylon filament. I also provided that knobs files Along with the body post. The knobs you can use pla or other Filaments By the body post themselves they need to be made in nylon filament. The photo should give you an idea what it should look like after putting everything together and after that you're done then from there you should be able to install it in your traxxas 1/16 e revo or other RC vehicle and after that you're done so enjoy.

  The parts that you will need for this is

4 3mm screws long enough for the body post themselves We're installing the metal
threads onto the Body post themselves
I recommend you super glue to secure them thoroughly so may not come off.
4 3mm Nuts I recommend you look at the stl file That contains the knob file themself
to you should your where the 3 mm nut should go, Then the little top to be used to
cover the nuts that will be place inside the knob & you need to use super glue to
secure it in place so will not come off.

You can get these screws and they're will be at a hardware store like Ace Hardware will
be my best recommendation unless you got something better that's what I have for
you
