Summary

This part is a microphone stand 5/8-27 (or 5/8inch at 27TPI) to a camera mount thread 1/4-20 (1/4inch at 20TPI) adapter for mounting lightweight digital equipment like microphones, flashlights, smartphone-holders or other "light" audio/photo/video equipment on a microphone stand.

WARNING:

Please be aware, that this adapter printed (at least printed with any of the most common 3D-printing materials at vertical print direction) is not meant to be used with heavier cameras, optics and so on as it can possibly brake under its weight if tilted.

If you want to mount for example a real (esp. any professional) photo or video camera to a microphone stand, i urge you to deploy CNC-machined metal adapters available online for only a few dollars/euros instead.

Use only at your own risk!

Keep away from small children, as any other small parts.

P.S.: the small gaps in the threads are intentional and as i can conclude have no significant affect on the quality of this part. These gaps are just workarounds for some FreeCAD related stuff.

I opted to print the adapter on my Ender3 S1 PRO with PETG using brim with 0mm xy-spacing, 25% support density with lines pattern without interface, resulting in a perfect adhesion on a PEI bed at 70°C, while still being quite easy to remove afterwards.
