Summary

Oversized free spinning mini lathe handle for all three handwheel handles on Grizzly G0745 or Seig C0 or other branded lathes.

I created this to have the original M4 size handle bolt tightly fitted into the base from the top. Then push the base with bolt inserted into the top of the handle sleeve. Then screw the oversized handle on the handwheel.

Pro Tips:

Original handle bolt is inserted without stock metal sleeve.
M4 Handle bolt is a sung fit.
Sleeve has a 1mm space for left and right play for an easy spin when rotating.
Try using a heat gun to tap the bolt in the base so it does not split as its a snug fit.
Try sanding the base with 3000 grit sandpaper to ensure a very nice spin when rotating handle
