Summary
Got tired of the factory part constantly failing with the sleeve.
This replaces the pulley with a new one that can use a pair of standard Ball Bearings:
1/2"x1-1/8"x5/16" Ball Bearings (R8 2RS)- https://a.co/d/gY7GJW7
This fits the factory pulley shaft with a little cleanup. I cleaned it up with a little 120 grit sandpaper until the bearings fit snug.
I designed this so it can be printed without any supports.
I recommend printing with 80%+ infill with PETG.
I recommend packing extra grease in the space between the 2 bearings as you assemble it. I used white lithium grease which seems to work fine.
I include an stl file for a replacement retention clip, this fits tight and has the be pressed on flat.
I also include the 3d file so you can modify as needed.
