Summary
I remixed staffert's belt tensioner.
The parts are simple, no iron pins are required, and the spring tension is adjustable.
I also changed the tire gauge holder to fit the currently popular type.

Small tension spring with free length 50mm~20mm x1 (within OD10mm)
