Summary

I made 3 major changes to the mesh parts that I required, the first is I set the mesh thickness for each pixel mounting hole to 1.5mm which allows the mesh to snap into a standard 12mm pixel mounting grove! The second is I increased the pixel mounting holes diameter to 12.2mm which gives the pixel a snug but accommodating fit! Third is I added an extra 3mm tab to the edge of each border pieces pixel mounting hole! This prevent the edge from splitting open when a pixel is pushed into the mount holes.
A few tips I used when working with the mesh, assemble your mesh on a table or bench and use a dab of hot glue on each joint to hold the mesh together so it can be more easily zip-tied together. As with other props I find it's easiest to use pixel pliers and a half inch deep socket for installing pixels! push the pixel in with the pliers while pushing from the opposite side using the socket.
