Summary
The bellows just slide onto the original lid. The bottom (plate side) of the bellows are a touch larger to allow movement. Make sure this side is on the bottom when sliding onto the Opus lid.
Print with 85a TPU .20 or .16 layer height. Depending on your tolerances and stringing you may need to scale up the inner diameter a mm or two. I printed at 30mm/s and got pretty solid results.
