Summary
This is a guide for Artin or Artin style 1/43 slot cars.
It requires a 6mm M2 screw
IMPORTANT:
There are 2 styles depending on the car you have, see the photos.
- Type A for flat bottom. - Big thanks to Tanner who helped with this design.
- Type B for bottom with original pin raised.
Very simple and clean adaptation, just remove the pin and install it with an M2 screw (6mm).
Adjust the screw all the way but without locking the guide.
For type A this is all you need.
For type B If you want a guide that rotates 360º, you don't need anything else and it's a good improvement over the original pin.
But the best is to limit the rotation limit, you must place a small wire with diameter of +/-0.8mm (I cut from a small paper clip) in front of the screw sticking out +/-1mm
