Hallo,
das sind Befestigungsstopfen für das Polster eines Britx/Römer Fahrradkindersitzes. Ich habe sie designt, weil ich welche brauchte und nicht genug hatte. :-)

Ich drucke sie ohne support, in der Ausrichtung wie sie hier sind.
Die Richtung der Schichten ist dann für die Belastungsrichtung bim Befestigen ungünstig. Deshalb habe ich sie mit 100% Infill gedruckt und sie halten bisher seit ein paar Wochen sehr gut. Die einzig starke Belastung findet auch beim Reindrücken statt und das ja nur ein Mal.
Man kann sie natürlich auch seitlich liegend drucken mit offenem Schlitz nach oben, dann hätte man wahrscheinlich die optimale Richtung der Schichten. Das verbraucht aber Supportmaterial und sieht nachher vermutlich nicht so schön gleichmäßig aus.

these are fastening plugs for the upholstery of a Britx/Römer child bike seat. I designed them because I needed some and didn't have enough. :-)

I print them without support, in the orientation as they are here.
The direction of the layers is then unfavorable for the load direction when snapping in. That's why I printed them with 100% Infill and they've held up very well for a few weeks now. The only strong load is also when pressing them in and that only once.
Of course, you could also print them sideways with the slit open at the top, which would probably give you the optimum direction of the layers. However, this uses up support material and doesn't look as even afterwards.
