Fixed the model. I just saw the model has some errors so I recreated it from scratch using onshape. Now it looks a lot better and works as intended. Also removed 1 pair of holes for the 120mm duct. I recommend the angled duct remix I made, they are the best ducts available for this mod:

Just an adapter for mounting curtain fans in the X Axis extrusion of the Creality CR6

No holes needed to be made, it mounts with pressure and for how it was designed.

You do not need to use heated inserts for all the holes, only for the fan ducts you are going to use (In this case I wanted to try two different models so I needed all of them)

The two lower holes in the middle are for the 120mm fan duct and the other holes are for the 60mm dual fan ducts.

You need M3 heat inserts.

Please, check which screws to use. The height of the model is 9.5mm and then you should sum the height of the duct you are using (the height of the place where the screw goes). I am warning you because if you use a longer screw that what you really need, you are going to scratch the X Axis metal extrusion.

With 10-12mm screws you are good to go for the 60mm dual fan duct but for the 120mm you might need 25mm screws.
