Summary
This is a solution for those who don't want to drill holes on the bottom of the Dreamcast for the DCHDMI.
It should be safe in terms of shielding, but I would advise putting tape over the wi-fi module.
(I will see if I can come up with a no drill solution for the HDMI port as well.)
