Make sure the blade gets 100% infill by adjusting the number of top/bottom layers. (I printed mine at 0.1mm layer height and the blade is 2.5mm thick so I used 12 bottom layers and 13 top layers)
Otherwise, 15% cubic infill and 3 walls with a 0.4mm nozzle @ 220C
