直接挤出式Wanhao Duplicator D12-300

Hi all.
After a long search for a Direct extruder for my Wanhao Duplicator D 12, I finally found a project on the site, but this model was intended for an Orbiter extruder, and I didn’t have one! So I decided to make an adapter for the Alien extruder!
I would like to provide for your review a direct print head E3D V6 Nema 14 (Nema 17), for a 3D printer Wanhao Duplicator D12 300 (but also suitable for D12 200 and D12 500). I took the main design of the print head from the website, but added one hole for fixing the extruder in the connector mounting cover on the head. (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4933457), and the Alien direct extruder, but with modifications to the bottom platform. (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5061123). I will provide a description of the models that need to be downloaded. I’ll also write down what needs to be purchased.

For the Printhead you will need to print the following models (I printed everything from PETG):
1) HotendBase1
2) RJ45_cover
3) FanMount.

components:
1) fan 4010 24 V - 2 pcs. (one can be used as a standard one by sharpening the mount a little);
2) fan 3010 24 V - 1 pc. (you can use native)
3) E3D radiator 42.7mm long, like (the photo shows a Dragon, but a regular one will do!!!)
4) heating block V6 - 1 pc.
5) heating element 24V;
6) temperature sensor.

Screws:

• screw m2.5*20 - 2 pcs.
• screw m3*30 - 2 pcs. (can be in the range 24-30mm)
• screw m3*10 - 4 pcs.
• M3*12 screw - 1 pc.
• M4*15 screw - 2 pcs.
• nuts m2.5 - 2 pcs.
• M3 nuts - 7 pcs.
• M4 nuts - 2 pcs.

For ALien direct extruder, you need to print a complete set for your Motor, but the Bottom Base

После долгих поисков Директ экструдера на свой Wanhao Duplicator D 12, я наконец то нашел проект на сайте, но данная модель предназначалась для экструдера Orbiter, а его у меня не было! Так что решил сделать переходник под Alien экструдер!
Хочу предоставить на Ваш обзор директ печатающую голову E3D V6 с мотором Nema14 или Nema17 , на 3Д принтер Wanhao Duplicator D12 300 (но подойдет и для D12 200 и D12 500). Основной проект печатающей головы взял с сайта,но добавив одно отверстие для фиксации экструдера в крышке крепления разъема на голове. (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4933457) , а директ экструдер Alien , но с доработкой нижней площадки. (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5061123). Описание моделей, которые нужно скачать предоставлю. Так же распишу что нужно докупить.

Для Печатающей головы Вам потребуются распечатать следующие модели (я печатал все из PETG):
1) HotendBase1

1)вентилятор 4010 24 В - 2 шт. (один можно штатный использовать, подточив немного крепления);
2) вентилятор 3010 24 В - 1 шт. (можно использовать родной)
3) радиатор E3D длиной 42.7мм, как (на фото представлен Дракон, но подойдет и обычный!!!)
4) нагревательный блок V6 - 1 шт
5) нагревательный элемент 24В;
6) датчик температуры.

Винты:

• винт м2.5*20 - 2 шт.
• винт м3*30 - 2шт. (можно в диапозоне 24-30мм)
• винт м3*10 - 4шт.
• винт М3*12 - 1 шт.
• винт М4*15 - 2 шт.
• гайки м2.5 - 2 шт.
• гайки м3 - 7 шт.
• гайки м4 - 2 шт.

Для директ экструдера ALien Необходимо распечатать полный комплект под Ваш Мотор , но Нижнее основание
