Summary
This is my take on this spinnerhttps://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5319588. I added a third gear in so both sides spin the same direction. I did not make it a Card Kit.

I Use a drop of Cyanoacrylate glue on each pillar. Its not required since the fit is tight enough .
