Summary

Here we go, the ruzzians in their endless creativity have delighted us with more cope-material. This time, they decided to encase an entire tank in junk metal!

Now, I know I already published something under the name "Ultracope", but I thought that it didn't quite evolve into a M-mo-mo-monstercope just yet. Maybe if they put kontakt-1 on these things...

Returning to some seriousness and context, apparently the russians came up with these things that in the west are generally called "Turtle tanks", among the russians themselves "Tsar grill" and among the ukrainians "Blyatmobile", to protect against FPV drones. They were able to successfully employ these turtle tanks as he ukrainians had a lack of anti-tank weapons and artillery shells. According to analysts, these protective shells would not defend against actual anti-tank weapons. Also it is said that infantry rides below them occasionally.

Again I have to mention that even though I and many others like to mock the russians for their stupid inventions, I have to admit that if it looks stupid but ends up working - it is not stupid. And the fact that these turtle shells have started to become more sophisticated, with versions appearing that are painted in camouflage patterns, covered in nets and equipeed with dangling wires and chains to cover the openings, it apparently helps.

Note: The parts are scaled in 1:100. The tank is not included. But the model was made such that it should fit onto all models of T-series tanks, including my own versions with cope cages. I recommend using Mister Bergmans models as base. The idea with this model is that you assemble the turtle shell on its own and then set it onto an existing tank model so that you can keep using it without the shell as well.
I have printed one version for testing and it worked. Photos of the painted print will be added when I get the time.

If you need instructions, import all the files of one version into a 3D editor. They should appear in the correct arrangement of how the final thing is supposed to be assembled.
