Summary

Copied the original part with broken loop and made an construction with 2 material.
First print the loop with FLEX (TPU) and then print the ring, stop while printing and insert the loop to combinate them.
So there will be ne friction between the ring and the cap.
This would happen if you print all together out of flex.

Ich habe den originalen Ring von einem Skoda Fabia kopiert und daraus 2 kombinierte Bauteile konstruiert - den Ring aus PLA oder PETG und die Schlaufe aus FLEX, TPU.
Zuerst muss die Schlaufe gedruckt werden und später beim pausierten Druck des Rings eingelegt werden.
Somit erhält man ein Bauteil, welches man einfach verbauen kann ohne Einschränkungen.
Druckt man das gesamte Teil aus FLEX, ist die Reibung am Tankdeckel zu groß, so dass dieser sich nicht mehr gescheit drehen lässt.
