Summary

This is an RCM jig for a Nintendo Switch which includes a holder that fits in the Game Card slot.

This is technically a remix ofan off-site design by Joe_84156 on Printableswhich isCC BY-NC-SAand allows remixes like this. I re-made the jig inOnShapeto use a different method of installing the wires that I have found to be much more reliable.

I am out of filament, so I can't test this currently. However, I will update this page with pictures and better instructions once I do.

Post-Printing

Step 1: Install the Wire

Install some long, thin wire into the holes with a loop tucked into the notch on the jig-s back end, just like all the other 3D-printed jigs have you do. Make sure it's long enough to hang over the edge.

Step 2: Cut the Wire

Trim the wires so 2-3 mm is left hanging off the connector edge.

Step 3: Bend and Flatten the Wires

Bend the wires all the way over the edge of the connector, and push the ends flush with the back of the connector. Make sure the wires are straight and flat, and you're done!
