Hey Y'all,

Credit to Budwin for their excellent work on the 2022 Batman Suit. This is their Batman helmet separated into parts that can be printed on a smaller printer, Ender 3 in my case. Please see their original post for additional details and other makes.

I've separated the mask from the helmet along the stitch seams to hide the separations. The ears are separated with an additional seam, unfortunately. I've added geometry to the ears and helmet to aid in assembling them with glue.

All this allows for easier printing and fitting one's head into the helmet assembly.

This is a work in progress - I'll be adding geometry to "snap" the assembly together with magnets to allow for easy dawning.

I have Rev. 1 complete with interlocking geometry to help keep the mask and helmet mated. Rev. 1 Mask and Helmet must be used together, the original Mask/Helmet must be used together as well. The ears are interchangeable. To be clear, I haven't printed these yet, so they are prototypes and may not be perfect. More to come...
