抖音私信 @jobsfanThis is an adjustable and ergonomically pleasant chamfer plane using a standard 61 x 19 mm trapezoidal blade as e.g. available from Stanley (TM). You may adjust the cutting depth by moving the knife up or down its two mounting slots before tightening the screws.
The relatively shallow cutting angle of 30 degrees is best suited for soft wood (e.g. spruce). The marginal thickness of the blade (0.6 mm) does not allow for much steeper angles which would be more appropriate for hardwood.

I designed a dual-cut version. The cutting depth of the two cuts differ by 1 mm, saving you blade readjustment if you want to plane a deep chamfer in two steps. For this dual-cut version you need two M3 x 16 mm screws instead of the M3 x 8 mm screws for the single-cut version, and a M3 x 25 or longer screw to pull the two M3 nuts into the recesses.
Update 10 March 2023:
- Printable horizontally, resulting in less friction due to the parallel alignment of 3D print traces and movement.
- Serrations to keep it firmly in the palm of your hand. The idea is to operate it by one hand only.
- 1 cm shorter to fit smaller hands.
- Most important of all: The blade supporting surface is now a hollow cylinder supporting the blade only at the knife-edge and at the rear end near the screws. This way the blade has no possibility to bounce, resulting in a cleaner cut.

There are smaller 50 x 19 mm trapezoidal blades on the market which I haven't tested for compatibility but may fit as well. Compatibility is ruled by the screw slot centerlines' separation distance of 7 mm and the blade height of around 19 mm. The maximum blade width is about 62 mm, beyond which you will be exposed to injury.
Apart from the blade you need two screws M3 x 8 and nuts. Pull the nuts into the recesses by a longer M3 screw (M3 x 16 or longer).
No supports needed if printed horizontally. I used PLA at 0.3 mm layer height, 0.4 mm nozzle at 0.5 mm extrusion width, 3 peripheral and 3 top/bottom layers and 10% infill. It takes some 18 m of 1.75 mm filament and between 2 and 3 hours to print, depending on your slicer's settings and your printer.
