Summary
I needed a flexible arm for my cnc machine to hold an air line which is used to blast chips away from the cutting tool. This is a simple 25mm ball/socket set which pops together and connects using 1/4-20 threaded rod.
The base section connects to your machine with a 1/4-20 or 6mm flat head screw. The nozzle end was designed with a hole to hold a 1/4" diameter plastic air line.
And there's a spare female connector if you'd like more than one movement.
The balls halves are printed and then superglued together.
These have threads designed into the part but running a 1/4-20 tap through to chase the threads is recommended.
