Summary

According to the customer's instructions, a small hole should be drilled in the ceiling to lead a patch cable down a spiral cable.
You can do this, but it doesn't look "so nice" - since I had some time in the evening, I thought to myself, how can I improve the appearance without violating the customer's specific instructions?
Firstly, I developed a TPU sleeve that you press around the patch cable and then push up to the ceiling to cover the hole. This works perfectly and quickly and is ideal if you can't reach the hole from above.
Then I developed a second version that can be printed in PLA/PETG/NYLON and consists of 2 parts. The first part is pressed through the hole from above after the patch cable, and the second part is pressed onto it from below - but this only really works if you can get to it easily from above.
Personally, I stick with the TPU version, it is quick to print and holds very well under the ceiling and also looks good.
I developed it for a maximum hole size of 25mm, which should be more than enough for a patch cable.

Beim Kunden sollte lt. Anweisung ein kleines Loch in die Decke gebohrt werden um ein Patchkabel an einem Spiral Kabel herunter zu führen.
Kann man machen, sieht aber "nicht so schön" aus - da ich Abends etwas Zeit hatte dachte ich mir, wie kann man da die Optik verbessern ohne gegen die konkrete Anweisung des Kunden zu verstoßen ?
Zum einen habe ich eine TPU Manschette entwickelt die man um das Patchkabel herum drückt und dann an die Decke hoch schiebt um so das Loch zu verdecken. Das funktioniert einwandfrei und schnell und ist Ideal wenn man von Oben nicht an das Loch heran kommt.
Dann habe ich noch eine zweite Version entwickelt die man in PLA/PETG/NYLON Drucken kann und die aus 2 Teilen besteht. Der erste Teil wird nach dem Patchkabel von oben mit durch das Loch gedrückt, und der zweite Teil wird passend von unten drauf gedrückt - das geht aber wirklich nur wenn man gut von Oben dran kommt.
Ich bleibe persönlich bei der TPU Variante, ist schnell zu Drucken und hält sehr gut unter der Decke und sieht auch noch gut aus.
Ich habe es für eine maximale Lochgröße von 25mm entwickelt, sollte für ein Patchkabel mehr als ausreichend sein.
