Summary

This thing is a remix of Dudsmake servo operated bungee release. It is used for remote release of aircraft from bungee launcher. The release mechanism is a push apart keyring that's servo operated with it's own Ubec and receiver controlled by external transmitter module on my radio. It can be controlled various ways such as magnetic disconnects on your planes too.
For the remix:
I made everything to fit the common MG90 servos. Changed the keyring holding dimensions to hold the keyring listed below.
Made it in two full length halves to print 'open faced' with no supports and made the parts screw together.
Made the actuator a wheel with inner gear teeth for smoother operation (credit to pjbca on the wheel actuator changes)

You will need:
1) Mg90 9g servo with its mounting screws
4) 3mm screws. I used 16mm long they pop out the other side
One round metal pull apart keychain (Menards Model Number: 701278 Menards ® SKU: 4395835)
Bec and receiver of choice or quick disconnect on aircraft.

You can connect your servo to a servo tester to setup and test. I use this with various sized planes by using 1,2, or 3 rubber bands. Each band it set at 4-4.5 pounds so I get from 4Lb to about 13Lbs pull per launch and has worked flawlessly for 2 seasons so far in this load range.
