You have to lean the lamp a little bit and glue the top to the main piece. You also need wire or maybe try rope that could also look nice.
Print settings:
Use normal supports only touching build plate. It prints for a loooong time. You could lean the violin a little forward, that could help if you have problems. I personally blocked all supports except for the little pins.
For the top, just print it with supports, no spacial treatment needed.
