Summary

This is the mount that clamps the lift motors to the spar of the hovercraft. The bolthole pattern is standard 23mm X with 3mm dia holes as used in common Turnigy etc motors.

My standard spar is '12x12mm' balsa, however the actual dimensions can vary significantly. Some '12x12mm' is actually 1/2" x 1/2" cuts which is 12.7x12.7mm. I also wrap a layer of tape around the clamp area to protect the wood surface. All this means my actual clamping width can be ~13.4mm in practice.

The multiple increments should allow you to find one that suits your particular beam.

Print with the clamp ridges up - no supports needed.
This is a highly stressed part so <50% infill not recommended. 100% adds a few grams.
With a 0.4mm nozzle I typically use 4+ layers of walls to 'fill in' the boltholes to the perimeter.
