Summary

This is a free hanging pulley, sized approximately for 550 Paracord. It's designed for the weight to be supported by rope with guidance from the printed part. The wheel fits the 550 paracord with some room to spare.

Print 2x Spacers and 1x everything else.

The 608 Bearing snaps into the center of the Wheel which fits on the Tube, sandwiched between the Spacers then the Frame. Once assembled. feed the rope through the holes as pictured. Under load, the support rope keeps the Tube in the frame.

Orient pieces on bed as shown. I printed everything at 0.2 layer height.

*I make no claims as to the rating of this device. I personally feel better knowing that a rated line is keeping it all together, should a failure occur.

** I've also been successful making a rigid wheel by using 1x Ring, 1x Tube, 6x Spacers and a wood screw.
