Summary

As much as I try to keep everything digital and online, I still have some printed, paper-based things to organize and complete: cards and letters to mail, bills to pay, brochures to read, etc. These letter/paper holders help you organize this kind of stuff.*

Two basic-starter models are included for you to modify, decorate... or just print and use as they are. Four decorated/enhanced holders are included as well, and these may give you some ideas for customizing and personalizing your own letter/paper holders. For the vertical- and diagonal-striped holders, 3MF files and images help document the slicer configuration and printing process.

Because it's all modular, you can change, add, and remove components as your needs change. You also can color-code components, better organizing your space and workflow (e.g., red = urgent, green = reference only).

You can get your stuff organized with this flexible, modular, and extendable system. All needed components (e.g., pen holders, bins, phone stands, SD card holders, coin trays, and more) simply fit into a base/holder. Plus, you can modify an existing component or design your own. Everything is standardized to a 1.5-inch (38.5 mm) grid.

*A letter/paper organizer can also improve your productivity by keeping all your miscellaneous paper stuff in one place. According to Dave Crenshaw, an expert on time mangement, most people have 30-40 "gathering points", places where they store unresolved items, such as inboxes, drawers, notepads, and piles. To improve your productivity, Dave Crenshaw advises consolidating down to 6 or fewer gathering points. Otherwise, you can spend too much time thrashing among your gathering points, and you also may miss important items buried in unchecked gathering points.
