Summary
This is a super specialized design, used to connect a Leitz Dialux trinocular microscope (the 170mm microscope) to a Nikon Coolpix S5100 camera.
It holds a Periplan 10x eyepiece which provides the needed corrections to get the best image quality.
This is not meant for the 160mm setup of later microscope models.
I can't guarantee the design is perfect in terms of dimensions, but it seems to work fine.
If you print this, I recommend matte black filament to prevent reflections.
