I bought this tent Decathlon MH 100 (2People) a few years ago.

When setting up, the two brackets always unfolded for me. So I always held them together with Velcro, which you use as a substitute for cable ties. But I didn't find this solution very satisfactory. So I created this cross clip with Fusion 360. It is available in 2 versions. Once a little looser and once a little tighter. Then you have to tweak it a bit. The clip held up very well and is easier to attach than fiddling with the Velcro. Especially if you come to the campsite late in the evening and it is already getting dark.
Note: The clip can only be installed in a certain direction. Lower arch from front left to back right. Upper arch from front right to back left.
Due to the roundness of the arcs, it is necessary to print the part upside down using supports. Then the channel into which the carbon rods go must be sanded clean so that there are no scratches. I always leave the part in the pocket of the tent. This clip may also fit the three-man version of this tent.

Ich habe mir vor einigen Jahren dieses Zelt Decathlon MH 100 (2People) gekauft. Beim Aufbauen sind mir immer die beiden Bügel auseinandergeklappt. Also habe ich sie immer mit einem Klettband ,welches man als Ersatz für Kabelbinder nimmt, zusammengehalten. Ich fand diese Lösung aber nicht so befriedigend. Also habe ich mir mit Fusion 360 diesen Cross Clip erschaffen. Es gibt ihn in 2 Versionen. Einmal etwas lockerer und einmal etwas straffer. Da muss man dann etwas nachfeilen. Der Clip hat sehr gut gehalten und ist simpler anzubringen als mit dem Klettband rumzuhantieren. Besonders wenn man spät abends auf den Campingplatz kommt und es schon dunkel wird.
Beachtet: Der Clip lässt sich nur in einer bestimmten Richtung einbauen. Unterer Bogen von vorn links nach hinten rechts. Oberer Bogen von vorn rechts nach hinten links.

Aufgrund der Rundung der Bögen ist es erforderlich, das Teil kopfüber zu drucken und dabei Supports anzuwenden. Danach ist die Rinne in welche die Karbonstäbe hineinkommen sauber auszuschleifen, damit an den Stäben keine Kratzer entstehen. Das Teil lasse ich dann immer in der Tasche des Zeltes. Eventuell passt dieser Clip auch bei der Dreiermann Version dieses Zeltes.
