Summary

2023-08-08: Uploaded a version of the Top Rear bumpers that works better with the BD Seat, the original rear cushions work with the BD Seat but they push the seat outward a bit requiring you to put a piece of tape to secure it in place while using the trolley handle, the BD-Seat version has indents for the seat to prevent this.

Cushions for the Patton Bumpers.

The Patton is a pretty robust wheel with some strong plastic bumpers on it, these cushions are meant to add 3 things:

1) Soften the impact a bit in case of a crash
2) Protect from cosmetical damage
3) Add some extra style

The cushions are designed so that all screws are exposed so that they can stay on even during disassembly of the wheel.

The bottom rear cushions also lowers the gap between the kickstand and the fender so that less dirt will spray up that way.

Print with TPU95A, 2 Walls, 2 Bottom Layers, 3 Top Layers, 12% Gyroid Infill.

Install using zip-ties, for the top ones I used 3,5x150mm and for the bottom ones I used 4,8x250mm and then cut them all after installation, shorter zip-ties would work but 3,5mm width for the top and around 5mm width for the bottom is recommended.
