Summary
This is a simple method to add a DRO to the tailstock of the Weiss WBL250F metal lathe.
Still trying it out, but appears to do the trick.

A potential issue could be that there may be insufficient ram retraction to eject Morse tapers from the ram....
Because this is still proof of concept, the DRO tailstock bracket is attached to the tailstock using 3M VHB tape. It may suffice as a permanent solution. If not, then the tailstock can be drilled and tapped M3 to hold a modified bracket.

PLA appears to be more than strong enough for this application.
Post-Printing
Tap holes for M3
Run a tap through the 2 blind holes for the scale bracket and the through hole for the ram bracket pinch bolt.
I used 3ea M3 X 10 SHCS.
Slightly chamfer the ram hole on the ram bracket to allow a snug press fit onto the ram.
