Summary
This is a spacer I designed to replace the brass spacers with thrust bearings on those inexpensive sim racing handbrakes on Amazon.
Print two spacers and buy a set of these bearings: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07QLTXJDH/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Takes up about 95% of the slop and feels much smoother.

Print whatever gets the right dimensions....it is not under load or strain, could probably do like 3 layers and 10% infill and be fine.
