How I Designed This

Attach the clips to the bag

Use 25mm straps an sew them to the bag according to the image. Sew the strap to the clip first, then sew the strap with the clip to the bag. Chose the position that there is no tension to the sewn area, the weight of the bag should be on the trolley, not hanging on the clips.
The clip has a notch so it stays in place, even without load.

Hooks
just clip the hooks next to the lower handle, as on the image. Don't attach the trailer when loaded, the hooks are not that strong. They are meant to attach the empty trailer.
