Summary

Having recently corrected the cable issue with my Starlink dishy mcflatface's proprietary cable connectors, I was in need of some way to protect the ethernet coupler and plug when the unit is in transit. My goal is to have a "mobile dishy" for long-duration glamping.

The coupler / plug combination that I chose for the Starlink fix is made by Amphenol who changed their datasheet system to a convoluted mess, making it VERY difficult to determine what weatherproof covers would be a match for the coupler. I ended up buying the wrong one and decided that I would simply design and print a proper cover.
I was not able to find any manner of cable plug-end cover - this was something that would have to be solved by me in FreeCAD from the ground up.

The included FreeCAD file has both parts - the coupler cover and the plug cover included. All values can be edited, however, changing any values highlighted in green may prevent the covers from fitting properly (if you have a calibrated printer).
Really, the only truly "free to edit" value would be the number of relief cuts (grip) on the lid.

Non-printed parts required:

1 x o-ring: 25.4mm OD 3mm thick
Amphenol coupler part: ROP-5SRFFH-TSM7001
Amphenol plug part: ROP-00AMMA-TLM7001

The design was done in FreeCAD and as mentioned it is fully parametric. I have included the FreeCAD file so that you can modify the design to your heart's content.
I am open to any suggestions as to how to improve the design work-flow in FreeCAD.
