Summary
I remixed mjoaris's design to work with an Ender 3 S1. It works great for me! Hope this is helpful to some people.
This does require 2x 608ZZ bearings.
I printed the holder on it's side with regular support, and the roller standing up with regular support.
You may need to scale the roller down by 5% or so as it was a little long at first. I got around this by trimming it a tiny bit with a knife.
