Summary
I created my own model as ones I downloaded here didn't allow 2 colour printing.
When placing No Junk Mail.3mf into Cura or Luban you will be able to select each letter or frame individually and set to the extruder of your liking.
If you don't have a second extruder option, consider changing filament at layer height or printing letters individually, for which I exported them separately.
NOTE: do not print in PLA - it will curl under the sun. I used ASA.
